Hi, I’m Chef Ryan Stiglmeier.

Chef Ryan Stiglmeier is a San Antonio–based private chef, Culinary Institute of America graduate, and founder of Chef Stigs LLC. With experience ranging from Executive Sous Chef at Juniper in Austin to leading bespoke dining experiences across the state, Ryan blends Italian, Mediterranean, Asian‑inspired, and Texas flavors into dishes that are bold, refined, and visually dramatic.

His approach is simple: honor the ingredient, obsess over the details, and create moments guests will talk about long after the plates are cleared.

My Approach

A man wearing a white chef's coat and an orange apron is cooking on a stove, stirring a pot of yellow potatoes or similar vegetables in a kitchen.

Food should feel intentional — crafted with care, rooted in technique, and designed to create a moment worth remembering. My approach begins long before I step into your kitchen. I take the time to understand your tastes, your story, and the experience you want to share with your guests. Every menu is built from scratch, shaped by seasonal ingredients, global inspiration, and the kind of Texas warmth that makes people feel at home.

Love the Food!

I cook with a balance of discipline and creativity. Years of professional training guide the technique, while curiosity drives the flavors, textures, and presentation. Whether it’s a refined multi‑course dinner, a family‑style celebration, or an athlete‑focused performance menu, I focus on dishes that are bold, clean, and visually striking.

Love the Service!

At the heart of it all is hospitality. I handle every detail — from menu design to execution — so you can relax, connect, and enjoy an unforgettable dining experience. My goal is simple: create food that feels personal, tastes exceptional, and leaves a lasting impression.
